What happens when a booking is cancelled, and the notice we ask for.

1. Cancellation Window

We ask that cancellations be made with reasonable advance notice so Caregivers can plan their schedules. The specific cancellation window and any applicable late-cancellation fee are configured for your market and shown at the time of booking.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within the cancellation window, or no-shows, may incur a late-cancellation fee to fairly compensate the Caregiver for reserved time.

3. Caregiver Cancellations

If a Caregiver cancels, we will help you find a replacement and you will not be charged for care that was not delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
